Citi Cards Canada helps protect you against fraud through our Fraud Early Warning System. It's a state-of-the-art security system that works behind the scenes to help prevent unauthorized activity on your Citi™ MasterCard^® account.

While you are making purchases, the system is evaluating and reviewing card activity for out-of-pattern transactions. If it notices unusual activity on your card, we will contact you to confirm you have authorized that purchase. Information regarding your account activity is for your protection only, and your privacy is strictly enforced.
