How to keep your PIN out of the wrong hands

If your Citi™ MasterCard^® is ever lost or stolen, someone else could access your account - if they know your PIN (Personal Identification Number). That's why it's so important that you NEVER keep your PIN where others can access it. (For example: wallet or home office).

Here are some other tips for keeping your PIN safe:

• Change your PIN each time you get a new Citi MasterCard
• Call Customer Care IMMEDIATELY if your card is ever lost or stolen
• Change your PIN if you feel that someone else might know it
• Select a PIN that's easy for you to remember - but hard for others
• Never write your PIN anywhere, or send it in an email
• Always shield you PIN when you enter it.
